For over two years, I helped MOO rejuvenate their social content – helping the brand refresh their methods while continuing to drive community growth across a range of channels.
I was involved across a spectrum of projects – working alongside the in-house creative team to provide ideas and insights on social content. I also helped define and evolve the brand's tone of voice across social – penning all copy across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Youtube. Lastly, I was heavily involved in redeveloping MOO's social strategy – building a new content calendar and redefining our posting process across each channel.
As MOO's specialist in socially-led creative, I drove a better quality of content across all channels – driving community growth from 597K to 936K during my tenure. As one of the senior members of our team, my role also meant supported the Head of Content by managing live projects, plus mentoring interns and associate members of our team.
